Portland International Test Rose Garden & Surrounding Area

General Description:

So much in one small area! Roses are usually in bloom April - October with June & July typically being their peek. 
However there's generally color of some type to be found year year around! 

Dog Friendly? Yes on leash

Accessibility Notes: 
Paid parking lot. Bathrooms and drinking fountains at this location. 
Rose garden paths are paved and have both stairs and ramps for inclines. Plenty of benches throughout the garden.
There are some [dirt] trails nearby (see fall leaf photos below) that offer some quiet spots when the garden is busy.
