Not to be confused with Takena Park, Takena Landing is the public boat launch in North Albany.
There's a great trail through the forest that offers protection from light rain and great color in the fall.
It's a great location if you have anyone with mobility issues because it offers a variety of different 'backdrops'
just steps from the parking lot. There are bathrooms that are open seasonally.
Dogs are welcome at this location.
Takena Landing has walking paths, rustic wooden fences, seasonal river access, lawns and forested areas.
